Artist Statement

I am a 33 years old Hungarian fine artist living and working in Dublin since 2005.

I dominantly work with aquarelle and ink on wood and paper and also with acrylic and

oil on canvas. As I also studied and have specialised in visual communication and graphic design,

I got close to mass culture - that is why I am attracted to experimenting in mixing our mass culture

with contemporary art and discovering how they affect and influence each other and trying to make

this appear in my works. I build up my pictures to reflect this culture and phenomenon working

with traditional materials.

I exhibited and sold drawings, paintings, cartoons, photos and electrographic works in several

European countries in the last 13 years. My currently available collection to exhibit is mainly

mixed media, like collage, montage on relatively large canvases. These works I recently produce

are inspired by our contemporary popular visual culture.
